Shipping, returns, toy safety and privacy

Shipping

• We ship to addresses in the United States. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
• Squishies ship directly from our partner warehouses in the US. Most orders arrive 3 to 8 business days after you order.
• If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages.
• You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as each package ships.

Christmas delivery: order by December 12 for delivery before December 25. Orders placed after that still ship as fast as possible, but we can't promise they arrive before Christmas.

Advent calendar: it starts on December 1, so order it by November 24 to have it in time for the first door.

Returns

• Unused squishies in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or refund you, and you won't need to send it back.
• To start a return, email your order number and the item you're returning. We'll reply with the return address. Return shipping is paid by you unless we made the mistake.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive the return.

Toy safety

• Our squishies are for ages 3 and up. They contain small parts and are not for children under 3.
• Keep squishies away from heat. Never microwave one, leave it in a hot car or in direct sun, or put it near a heater.
• Check squishies from time to time. If one is torn, leaking or sticky, stop using it and throw it away.
• Young children should play with squishies under adult supervision.

Privacy

• When you order, Square's checkout collects your name, email, shipping address and payment details.
• Your card is processed by Square. We never see or store your full card number.
• We use your name, address and email only to ship your order, send tracking and answer your questions. The warehouse that ships your order receives your name and shipping address for that purpose.
• We don't sell your information and we don't send marketing emails unless you ask to hear from us.
• This site sets no tracking cookies of its own. It is hosted by Cloudflare, and its fonts load from Google Fonts.
• To see or delete the information we hold about you, email us.
